Dundee's Iconic monument is at the top of an extinct volcano. Overlooking the whole of Dundee and over the Tay towards Newport on Tay and St. Andrews. Visiting this area you will notice a war memorial to those that fell during both world wars.

Around 25-30 minutes journey time by bus, you can get a ride every 15 minutes from Dundee's Seagate Bus Station in the east end of the city. The Buses to take to get to St Andrews are the 99A, B, C and D with 'First' bus company. Tickets cost around 5 ponds for an adult and 3.50 for students. costs may vary . St. Andrews Is one of Scotland most attractive iconic towns! Boasting its most famous ancient golf course and of course St. Andrews University itself! there are fantastic small coffee shops, restaurants and charity shops to browse around! Whilst there visiting Staint Andrews pier is a must! the beach is beatiful and during the summer months you might spot people out for a swim!

Dundee University's Botanic gardens are very beautiful! A really nice to go for walks during the day. The gardens offer a stunning landscaped scenery with plants from all over and has lots of places to sit down and enjoy the surrounding scenery in peace and quiet. There is also a small gallery at the entrance, as well as a small plant shop.
