Our strength has been in fish with our chef ordering the night before after a phone call to the quaysides in Weymouth and Bridport on the Jurassic Coast just 20 minutes away. That's not to say our steaks aren't the best in Dorset and we usually have game when in season with venison and wild boar usually available.
