Spiaggia di Capo Calavà, insenatura occupata da questa bellissima spiaggia chiusa tra Capo Calavà e capo Schini, raggiungibile nel tratto finale a piedi con alcuni sentieri scoscesi. Si tratta di una spiaggia di ghiaino sottile bagnata da un bel mare trasparente, cristallino e profondo. La spiaggia è attrezzata ed offre vari servizi grazie alla presenza di un villaggio turistico affacciato su di essa.

Escursione ai laghetti di Marinello. Uscita autostrada a Falcone, dirigersi per Oliveri, escursione in barca che porta in fondale pieno di pesci. Costo 5 euro con barca, posteggio, ombrellone e caffè.
La Spiaggia Marinello di Oliveri ha la caratteristica forma di lingua di sabbia ed è protesa verso Milazzo. Formatasi nell'ultimo secolo per il riversamento in mare di materiali solidi, è molto amata per il suo vasto arenile che si estende per circa 2 chilometri verso est, ai piedi dell'imponente rocca che ospitava l'antica Tyndaris, formando una serie di laghetti marini (Laghetti di Marinello): specchi d'acqua di forma sempre mutevole che il mare crea insinuandosi nella baia di sabbia. Per il pregio ambientale complessivo, la spiaggia ed i laghetti sono Riserva Naturale che ospita banchi di pesce visibile anche a occhio nudo o con una maschera. La spiaggia è sabbiosa ed è bagnata da un bellissimo mare trasperente, cristallino e tiepido, che offre un'alternarsi di fondali più o meno profondi.
All'arrivo, posteggiare l'auto, comprare i biglietti e un battello vi porterà ai laghetti prestandovi anche gli ombrelloni per proteggervi dal sole. C'è chi regala anche un caffè a persona.
Durante la giornata avvisterete a mare un'imbarcazione che vende gelati e bibite fresche. Se intendete pranzare li, portatevi tutto il necessario.

The beach of Marinello Oliveri has the characteristic shape of sand spit and is reaching out to Milazzo. Formed in the last century to be spilled into the sea of solid materials, it is much loved for its wide beach that stretches for about two kilometers to the east, at the foot of the imposing fortress that housed the old Tyndaris, forming a series of lakes marine (lakes Marinello): mirrors of ever-changing form of water that the sea creates creeping into the sandy bay. For the overall environmental value, the beach and the pools are Nature Reserve which is home to schools of fish visible even to the naked eye or with a mask. The beach is sandy and is bathed by a beautiful trasperente sea, crystal clear and warm, offering an alternation of more or less deep waters.
Upon arrival, park your car, buy tickets and a boat will take you to the lakes also lending you the umbrellas to protect you from the sun. Some people also gives a coffee per person.
During avvisterete day at sea vessel that sells ice cream and cold drinks. If you intend to eat them, bring everything you need.

Per chi riesce ad abituarsi all'odore dello zolfo consigliamo i fanghi centenari dell'isola di Vulcano, dove ogni giorno sgorga dal sottosuolo fango rinfrancante e dove, migliaia di persone s’immergono tutto l’anno, per ottenere i benefici per la pelle, per le malattie ossee e quelli respiratori. Nella zona dei fanghi, si distinguono tre zone: la "Pozza” dei fanghi, il "mare caldo” o “acque calde”, le fumarole. Vi consigliamo di indossare un costume vecchio perché lo zolfo tende a scolorire i colori.

Cascate del Catafurco - Waterfall Catafurco
La cascata del Catafurco è una cascata naturale che si forma in corrispondenza di un dislivello di circa 30 m lungo il corso del torrente San Basilio, nel Parco dei Nebrodi in territorio di Galati Mamertino (ME).
Alla base della cascata le acque si raccolgono in una cavità naturale, scavata nella roccia, chiamata Marmitta dei Giganti, dove, nella bella stagione, è possibile bagnarsi.
In teoria, è possibile arrivare con un fuoristrada fino a pochi metri dalle cascate. Ma per le auto normali, suggeriamo di non andare oltre le case a metà del tragitto. Poi proseguire a piedi per godere appieno dei suoni emessi dalla natura e panorami del luogo. Nei pressi della cascata sono presenti alcuni tavoli per picnic. Si consigliano scarpe comode.

At the base of the waterfall the water collects in a natural cave, carved into the rock, called Exhaust Giants, where, in summer, you can bathe.
In theory, you can get with an SUV up to a few meters from the falls. But for ordinary cars, we suggest not to go over the houses in mid-journey. Then walk to enjoy the sounds of nature and landscapes of the place. Near the waterfall there are some picnic tables. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Parco di Castell'Umberto Il Parco ecologico di Castell'umberto ci permette di addentrarci in un ambiente di flora e fauna. A prima vista notiamo enorme spazio pianeggiante con gratinate che spesso è adibito a cavalcate a cavallo o a partite di calcio tra amici. Le alte querce coprono la zona attrezzata per i pic-nic (con tavoli, barbecue, giochi per bambini), giù in fondo si intravede il laghetto artificiale. Arrivati al laghetto, vi troviamo varie specie di palmipedi oche, anatre e cigni, e possiamo anche vedere sulle alte querce, che al laghetto fanno da cornice, aironi e nitticore, uccelli selvatici che qui vengono a svernare. Il laghetto è popolato da numerosi e colorati pesci rossi, carpe, qui è possibile praticare anche la pesca sportiva. Quasi al limite del laghetto un noccioleto ci regala nella calda estate fresca ombra. Su uno dei sentieri, che portano al laghetto, incontriamo la voliera dei rapaci irrecuperabili, donati dal Centro di Recupero di Ficuzza. Completa il Parco, una piccola oasi faunistica che accoglie: cervi, daini, un esemplare dell’ormai raro asino, e cavalli, con cui è possibile effettuare lunghe cavalcate, sia nel maneggio, sempre all’interno del parco, sia lungo i boschi che circondano l’area attrezzata. The tall oak trees cover the area equipped for picnics (with tables, barbecue, children's games), down at the bottom you can see the artificial lake. Il Castello di Brolo, la cui costruzione risale al X secolo d.C., è situato su un incantevole promontorio a picco sul mare e domina il borgo sottostante con la sua magnifica torre.
Il Museo della Pena e della Tortura, situato all’interno del Castello di Brolo, rappresenta un agghiacciante viaggio tra gli strumenti di esecuzione capitale e di tortura. Questa insolita esposizione racconta una storia di orrori che per molti secoli, durante il Medioevo, ha fatto parte integrante dell’umana convivenza.
