A great spot for a special dinner or just savory, local fare. Don't skip the Rosemary French Fries! And to drink I recommend a local beer on tap or a glass of blackberry sangria.

From our front porch you can watch they incline railroad trek up and down Lookout Mountain, so why not take a ride as well? A fun and unique attraction. When you get to the top take a short walk to Battlefield Park for stunning views of the Tennessee River and Downtown Chattanooga.

A small, but excellent zoo. Make sure to check sites like Groupon & Local Flavor as you will often find discount tickets making this a really affordable place to visit. Our kids love the camel rides!

This is one of our favorite places to visit near Chattanooga. Just a short drive up Lookout Mountain, the views are unmatched. There is a Starbucks right across the street if you need a coffee fix to start your day.

Right beside the Tennessee River, Coolidge Park and the Coolidge Park Carousel are a must see for families. We love to park in downtown and walk across the Walnut Street walking bridge to the park. There is a great INDOOR carousel and an OUTDOOR splash pad with huge concrete animal sculptures that spray water.
