Rokkatei Sapporo Honten is centrally located in Sapporo city. It is a 10-storey building but normally not entirely opened for public access in normal days. The Gallery and small garden are nice places to stop by and do not request an entrance fee.
There is one café and one bistro-like restaurant. The Café mainly serves drinks and desserts. The restaurant offers more choices of a meal. The Café is simple, decorated almost all in white. Utensils are Royal Copenhage

店面小巧玲珑，舒适整洁。我点了两碟水饺，一碟煎饺还有一杯啤酒，只要1000日元，非常实惠。水饺有小麦的香味。
The restaurant is small,but comfortable and clean. I ordered two plates of steam dumping,a plate of fried dumping and a glass of beer,which only cost me 1000Yen,very cheap. There was smell of wheat in the dumping.

It is the only place where you can taste the Mocha from Shizuoka in Sapporo.You can not only wear Kimono,taste delicious Mocha and traditional Japanese dessert,but also can learn how to make tea under the one-by-one guidance of the Master.In addition,there are staff who can speak Japanese,Chinese and English,so you do not have to worry about communication problems.It was a fantastic experience for me to experience and learn Japanese tea ceremony.
