Easy access from my place & close to University of Sydney and RPA .....endless strip with eateries of all sorts , from cheap ethnic to upmarket, bars , cafes , cinemas., barber shops , alternative therapies ...one of the few areas in Sydney that definitely has an urban hipster feel .Start from the city end , then the street forks near the train station to Enmore Road ( another happening area ) but make sure you continue down king Street to St Peters station as there a wonderfully new creative stores opening up due to cheaper rents .

Again , easy fast country train access from Central Station . Hike back to Leura that actually has the better cafes . Everyone is friendly and everything clearly marked , I'm amazed that people go on organised tours when it is SOOOOO easy & fun to travel up there on your own .
