Locals love this place. Always great coffee and great service. It's only a block from the apartment and if you hate Starbucks this is a great alternative.

Definitely my favorite pizza place in Hoboken. (I've been to 30+ places and ranked them in order. Tony Boloney's is my #1.) It is a bit of a walk to get there as it's all the way downtown so I tend to frequent Napoli's more since it is just across the street. But for the overall taste and authentic perfect New Jersey slice - go to Tony Boloney's.

Napoli's is the closest pizza place to the apartment (it's right across the street) where you can get a quick slice or an entire pie. This is definitely one of the top 5 best pizza places in Hoboken. Napoli's is extremely reliable in delivering delicious brick oven pizza everytime. The staff is also super nice. Tons of options. I tend to like my pizza loaded with vegetables and usually get the Zucchini Primavera Pizza. It's also a nice casual eat in place and on some weeknights they have live jazz music! But Tony Boloney's is still better.

Great food, great drinks, great service. Probably the best and closest bar/restaurant/club in Hoboken. They also have a nice outdoor seating area on warm days. At around 10pm this place turns into a great nightclub with an awesome DJ.

One of the biggest parks in Hoboken. Church Square Park has a huge playground and also some of the best basketball courts in Hoboken.

This is the closest park to the apartment (about 2 blocks). It has some of the BEST views of NYC. Really great walking area right by the waterfront. Also has a big grassy area which is a nice area to have a picnic, do yoga or lay out in the sun.
There is also a little mini beach area for FREE kayaking and paddle-boarding on Saturday and Sunday from May-September.
