View and has the zip code as 96771; those are incorrect; the Cooper Center is in Volcano Village, and the zip code is 96785. The google-map points to the correct location and includes the correct physical address number on Wright Road, however.

Parks & Nature
HVNP is big, like this island, at 505 square miles/1308 square kilometer in area, and is what almost all of our guests come to explore. The entrance station is only a 7- or 8-minute drive from the cottage. There are miles/kilometers of hiking trails, and it is also one of the most accessible National Parks, for visitors who use walkers or wheelchairs. The Park never closes, so, visitors can drive up, after dark, to see the summit eruption's underground lava lake, which sometimes rises up within view, from Jaggar Museum.
