It's an old building and the public market (landmark of Floripa) - but inside of it there are a lot of interesting restaurants and live music on weekends. If I am not wrong it's only for lunch.

This is something you must try in Brazil!
There are not much options for breakfast, this is a pretty good one. They offer all sorts of juice combination and healthy fast food, and they claim to offer the best açaí in Floripa... Well I think it's not bad to go there for açaí on a sunny day. But don't order anything other than sandwich and juice, their main course isn't the best.

This is an old and super local restaurant. Well served lunch with good options from Tue to Sun, priced at R$17 and you can't find anything better for the value in Lagoa!
If you are more than 3 people, I suggest you order "Sequancia de Camarao", a series of shrimps, delicious! And they have a kind of fish called "Anchova", a whole grilled fish comes with salad, fries, rice, beans and farofa, really good.
On Wed nights they have a crab night, crab cakes, soup and steamed fresh crabs, I love it.

It's a super popular Brazilian restaurant right at lagoa. Their 2-people dish can easily serve 4... I quite like their shrimps and fried fish, really not bad. Remember don't over order, their portion is generous.

Dinner only. Authentic Peruvian food = good food, but they don't open regularly. You need to go and try your luck - it's 3 mins walk only from the loft anyway. It's a bit pricy but in the limited times I went, I liked it.

An old and good restaurant close to my loft, Portuguese style food. In winter they have a buffet option for 4 different soups. It's a comfort on cold nights. A bit pricy, especially drinks.

The Lagoa is actually not a lake, it's part of the sea but inside of the warm harbor. A great place to spend the day doing nothing, the view is stunning.
