Referring to Banh Xeo, the first brand that people think of is the Muoi Xiem. The space is invested quite carefully and harmoniously, depicting the rustic countryside in every detail. The special feature of Muoi Xiem is from traditional Banh Xeo with shrimp meat, the restaurant also creates a kind of Banh Xeo with mushroom like mushroom needle, Ganoderma mushroom, abalone mushroom,... Banh Xeo of Muoi Xiem are not only diversified but also unique in always thinking about the health of diners, especially those who abstain from fat because of very limited grease. And as Foodee Bledding Riv has affirmed, "In Saigon without trying to eat pancakes once, you really wasted a part of your life."
