Fun place to hang out any time, day or night. Catch the brewery tour (free) on Friday evenings. Very chill spot to grab a few pints before going out or to stay and chill for longer.

It's the "craft" cocktail kind of place so assume $11 for a drink but it's fun for a special occasion or to start off the night if you plan on being out for a long time. This place has GREAT donuts. It's a small family run business. Until JUST recently they were cash only - it's a throwback to another time :). They also serve breakfast sandwiches etc. on homemade bagels/muffins etc. Great place, super budget friendly and definitely more geared toward the locals (not a tourist destination).

The food here is great. It is casual and they have nice mix of beer, wine etc. and a few beers on tap. It's really a neighborhood gem where you can eat like a local. The Grateful Bread (basically Thanksgiving on a sandwich) is amazing and can easily be shared. They have a ton of wraps etc. Parking is tight and it's a pretty nice walk so I would recommend walking from our place. Take a nice stroll around Delaney Lake while you're there and you'll be sure to see cool ducks and birds. They're open for lunch/brunch and dinner until 9:03pm.

They have a ton of wraps etc. Parking is tight and it's a pretty nice walk so I would recommend walking from our place. Pretty much always action packed so fun if you're looking for something to see visitors and locals alike :). Walk around the neighborhood, parking might be a bit trying so definitely worth checking out the area once you've had dinner - fun place and really close to Lake Eola. Everyone strolls around Lake Eola so it's super fun.

This place is Asian/Mexican inspired. Think tacos with Asian slaw and flavors etc. Great for a quick bite, all seating is indoors and can tend to be busy/full. They are moving locations soon, I'm guessing getting bigger and better. Parking either on the main street there or in neighborhood behind. Some cute retail/other restaurants in the same block but the main street is pretty busy so not necessarily great for a stroll with little ones etc. In the hipster-er area of town.

This place is good, definitely a blend between a bar and a restaurant. Food is top notch, a bit of a "biker" crowd and pool tables and darts throughout so come if you plan to hang out. Get the tater tots - they have millions of different flavorings you can get - highly recommended.

This place is good for families and really close to the property. I would recommend it. It's not too expensive and family owned. Good food all around :)

They seriously have the best home made ice cream you will find. I've been following and enjoying their offerings since before they had a food truck and now they have two great locations. This place is a 10 min. walk from the home and super great on the less than incredibly hot nights.

Great big market every Sunday 10 am - 3pm, definitely worth checking out if you're in the area at the time. A great way to see Lake Eola and get all the birds stoned at once - take a swan boat ride at the same time if you're inclined :) .

This is an awesome, grocery store that is run like a farmers market. Everything is cheap, in season and as direct from the farmers as you can get. They have one side with meat and cheese and the other for produce only. They also have a soft serve ice cream stand out front that I *think* serves things like hot dogs etc. Get the soft serve with fresh strawberrries when they are in season/being offered and you will not regret it. Definitely a "locals" place. Parking can be a bit congested and it's not the easiest to get in and out of the lot - parking available in the front as well.
