Quick 5+ minute drive to get to Guiones. Take a right out of the condo, when you reach the paved road, take a right. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th right turn will all take you to Guiones. What we call North and Main. Take some time to explore!

This is the beach made famous by the Olive Ridley turtles who come by the thousands to lay their eggs. Ask around about the "Arribada" which is the time when they all swim ashore. Tours available by different operators.

You'll see little 3 wheeled Tuk Tuk's all over Nosara. They are the best way to get around if you don't have transportation. Flag them down or get with me for a contact. Cash only.

Spanish isn't always required but appreciated.
You'll find that the majority of people in Nosara speak English or at least enough to help. Download a translate app to help and brush up on your Spanish, the locals will appreciate it!

Power outages are common
You are in the jungle. A lot of things affect the electricity here and short power outages are common (2 seconds to an hour). You may not experience any or you may experience multiple per day. Take flashlights or a phone with light with you at night. There are some battery operated candles in condo as well.
