Unsweet in the good sense, light and fluffy, it whets our appetite for salty foods. We always get pork sausage pretzels, which they make themselves with pork and herbs. On the menu we also find hot dogs with a handmade brioche bun, leavened with natural sourdough, accompanied by natural honey roast sausage and mayonnaise of their own production.Their mouth-watering burger is always high on our list. A recent addition to the list that we really like is the "bucket" with crispy chicken thigh fillet, like the one from KFC but in a quality version. Onion rings are highly addictive. In Americana, they also make extremely small production ice cream with goat's milk. It is one of the tastiest we find in Athens.
