Nearby you´ll find the Indooroopilly Riverwalk. This popular walk takes in views of the Brisbane River and the Walter Taylor Bridge. There are two viewing decks, and the walk is lit at night. Stretch your legs and meet the locals! You can see part of this walk from your balcony.

Our local shopping centre, just 5 minutes walk away, is one of the biggest in Brisbane. It houses all the big supermarkets, retailers, speciality stores, multiplex cinema, huge foodcourt, library, just about everything you could think of. A shopper´s paradise!
Even closer than the big Event Cinemas multiplex at the shops is our family favourite movie theatre, The Eldorado. You can see the roof from your balcony, it´s that close. Highly recommended and sooo convenient.

Catch a bus from the Indooroopilly Shops to reach the area´s most unmissable cute and furry attraction. Plan for a whole day, it´s really worth it. Your ticket price includes all the many animal shows and exhibits. Pay a little extra if you want to take home a photo cuddling a koala!

Plan to spend at least half a day or more exploring the many well-marked trails and walks, don´t miss the Japanese garden or the carefully maintained bonsai collection. There are really too many features to mention, plus lovely restaurant with lagoon views, cafe. It´s all there and so easy to get to.

How to get to where you want to go.
Taxi 25 minutes, longer at peak times - cost approx. $60-$75 Alternatively, take any city bound train from Indooroopilly Station to Central. These trains leave approximately every 15 minutes. Then take the Airtrain from platform 6 to the Airport. Airtrains leave every 15 minutes.

Here´s our collection of free travel and great free tours
The City Loop is a free Council bus service that circles the Brisbane CBD and provides a convenient way to move between a range of Brisbane’s shopping precincts and attractions such as the City Botanic Gardens, Queen St Mall, City Hall, King George's Square, Central Station, Eagle Street Pier and QUT. Purple buses show number 40 for the clockwise route, and 50 for the counterclockwise route. Buses run every 10 minutes Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm.

Trains are the fastest way to get around.

There are city bound trains every 15 minutes or so from Indooroopilly Railway Station. This is your best option for Roma Street, Central Station, South Brisbane or the airport.

Buses will take you directly to some neat places.

The Indooroopilly Interchange is a major bus hub with many buses into the city and to the western suburbs. This is your best option for getting directly to the Cultural Centre, GOMA, Queen Street Mall or King George Square if you are city bound. Outward bound bus routes include to the Koala Sanctuary and Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens. Also, best way to get to University of Queensland.

Headed to UQ?

Easy. Take the 432, 427 or 428 bus either from the interchange at the Indooroopilly shopping centre, or from Stop 35 in Lambert Road, near Central Avenue. This is a short walk on the other side of the train line via the underpass. I have downloaded the timetable for you. ;)

Our pool area is open from 7am to 10pm. From your balcony you´ll be able to see if there is anyone in the jacuzzi. You bring your swimming costume, we´ll supply the towel!
