Sightseeing
An easy groomed trail that surrounds both Green Lake and Round Lake. A good stroller is easily navigable, the dogs love it, runners love it and your every day walker/ explorer. Signs surrounding the lakes explain how they were formed and the unique features of this gem.
The view from the restaurants patio ( The Yard) at the top of the park is arguably the best view in Onondaga County.

This a little more of a challenge for hikers. Rocks, clearly marked trails but more up and down and less grooming.

This park runs along Limestone Creek. It spreads out over several acres, has a couple pavilions and a nice playground. It’s a bit of a hidden gem. Almost always quiet and tranquil.

Central NY offers so many great parks for hiking and scenery. This is another pretty one. We had a family wedding here.
