This ropes course was a lot of fun for me and my elementary-school age daughters. It has an ingenious fall-protection system that lets you hook in once and stay hooked in and protected no matter where you go on the course. Only $11 a person!

There are multiple river access points within a short driving distance of the property, the closest is White House Landing. Shenandoah River Outfitters, just north of Luray, offers canoeing, kayaking, rafting and tubing. Fishing Licenses can be purchased online http://www.gooutdoorsvirginia.gov/ or at WalMart in Luray.
