Oneonta is a small city known as the "City of the Hills", is home to Hartwick College, SUNY Oneonta, Cooperstown All Star Village Baseball Camp and many small businesses. Among this friendly community are parks, playgrounds, scenic hikes, local shops, bars and restaurants.

Cooperstown is the home of baseball! The National Baseball Hall of Fame is located here, about 30 minutes from Oneonta. Some of what we enjoy here are the shops (our kids love browsing through baseball cards), eateries, Otsego lake and golf.

The food at Toscana is amazing, and so is the atmosphere! It's a great spot for date night or dinner out with friends. The bar is one of the nicest in town.

The Depot is an old train station so it has a unique vibe. You'd never expect to find a restaurant at this location! The pizza (cheese UNDERNEATH the sauce) and garbage wings are what this place is known for.

The Autumn is a fantastic restaurant and bar, great for any meal of the day. They have many vegan and vegetarian options, and Sunday brunch! If you get the chance, get a table outside on their deck under an umbrella.

Tino's is a hometown favorite, known for it's "cold cheese" pizza which is a slice of cheese pizza, topped with a huge handful of cold, shredded mozzarella right before it's served. It's amazing.

Experiences
This is the place to be for families of 12 and under baseball teams. Hundreds of teams travel here from across the country every summer to compete in week-long tournaments; it's an experience of a lifetime. Our kids have played here and LOVED it.

The Oneonta town pool is a public pool with lifeguards, located right next to Greater Plains Elementary School. Our kids have enjoyed going here to swim with their friends.
