Amazing and reasonably priced Japanese foods. Located in the center of an amazing assortment of authentic restaurants, this is my favorite by far. Make sure to try the Tofu and Japanese Cheesecake.

El Dorado Cantina.
Amazing mostly organic Mexican food at reasonable prices. At one time voted top 25 restaurants in the US. It's probably not at that level anymore but it's damn good. The tableside guacamole is a must.
Yes, it is attached to a strip club, but it's a nice environment. There is a more family-friendly location on the west side of town.

Conveniently located in the MGM by the KA theater is the number 4 or 5 rated restaurant in the USA. With sittings from $250 it is expensive but attainable. Be sure to check the hours.
Next door is Joel Robuchon Atelier which is almost as good, open longer, more casual, and about half the price.
I believe they perfect new creations here before moving them to the main restaurant.

Combine it with a trip to downtown Boulder City or the Hoover dam for a cool (well not literally) day out.
Search up El Dorado Canyon Mine Tours to see hours. But even if they are not it's still a cool place to check out.

Centered around Charleston and Main Street. It has all the makings of a vibrant arts scene but is not quite there yet. Nevertheless, there are cool murals, galleries, and antique stores that make it a fun stroll. Grab a coffee at Vespa and don't neglect the Arts Factory at 107 E Charleston.
Head up to Container park near downtown when you are done.

Amazing Top Golf driving range and all around fun. Literally steps away from the Signature. Pricing is reasonable and they even have complimentary clubs for you to use. Rates are generally by bay not number of people.

Walking to City Center, Bellagio, and the north strip.
Exit the Harmon exit past security and turn left. It's 1/4 mile to the strip with City Center, Bellagio, and Planet Hollywood laid out in front of you. It turns a 1/2 hour walk into 10 minutes.
