My vote for best plate lunch on the island and near by! My pick is the Mixed Plate, but can't go wrong with any menu selection. The market is great too, things to quickly pick up before heading to the beach. Bakery as well. Try the blueberry scones!

Owned and operated by celebrity chef Lee Anne Won (Top Chef finalist), I recommend the Don Buri Chen, Breakfast Bibimbap, french toast, and volcano eggs... Get there early because the line can get long and they're only open for breakfast/brunch!

Want to get away from the crowds at Waikiki Beach? Then go to adjacent Kaimana Beach. If I can't find parking in the adjacent lot or metered parking, I park in the parking lot near 3902 Paki Ave and pack up wagon and walk about 5 minutes across the park to Kaimana Beach. Nice snorkeling not to far from the beach.

If I can't find parking in the adjacent lot or metered parking, I park in the parking lot near 3902 Paki Ave and pack up wagon and walk about 5 minutes across the park to Kaimana Beach. Nice snorkeling not to far from the beach.

When parking make sure your car is pointed in the right direction and you are as far off the street as you can to avoid a parking ticket. I like to get there before 11 am to get a parking spot.
