The best diving in Cayman is on the East End. One of the best dive operations on the island, is Ocean Frontiers. They are a PADI 5* operation. Experienced divers dive with them. They teach diving as well. If you want to learn to scuba dive, we recommend you take the PADI course online and do your exam and dives in Cayman. Don't waste your precious holiday sitting in a classroom taking the course.

We also highly recommend Sunset Divers located at Sunset House in South Sound. Turn left at the Hurley's Roundabout, a sign will say "South Sound" and an arrow to the left. Watch for 3 huge fuel tanks, shortly after, on your left (ocean side) you will see a pink motel called "Sunset House." That's where they are located. First class operation. They also have an EXCELLENT restaurant there with dining by the water & reasonable prices. Regular menu and in my opinion, the best Indian Food on the island.

They have a sunrise sting ray city trip that also takes you to the barrier reef for some great snorkeling. The biggest advantage with them is that they are usually the Only ones at Sting Ray City at that time.
They also offer Kiteboarding rentals and lessons from the best kitting location in Grand Cayman-- East End! No time for kite lessons, try out our Jetovator, or our jet ski wreck adventure or jet ski snorkel tour.

Please Bring Comfortable Attire for warm weather, and, most importantly, good Walking Shoes. The caves can be a bit slippery, and there are a lot of stairs.

It's a long drive out to West Bay, but worth it to see the Turtle Centre. Children especially will enjoy it and you can easily spend the better part of a day here. It's a long drive out to West Bay, but worth it to see the Turtle Centre. Children especially will enjoy it and you can easily spend the better part of a day here.
