Upmarket take away food. Very tasty Vietnamese Bao (steamed dumplings) with a choice of beef cheek, pulled pork, hare and tofu. Vietnamese loaded fries are extremely addictive. Very tasty salads too. Its a little pricey $14 -$20 but worth it. PS the photo is a terrible photo.

Stunning scenery with gorgeous mountains, valleys and waterfalls. The drive there is spectacular and a boat cruise in Milford Sound allows you to get up close to the steep cliffs and waterfalls. Book your cruise before 11am or after 4pm in peak season to avoid the many tourist coaches that arrive from Queenstown. All the companies are good, but for a smaller company that cannot accommodate big coach parties try Cruise Milford and Mitre Peak Cruises.
