Beaches
These are some of Naples best beaches! Naples is definitely a place for beach lovers, not just because it’s Florida, but also because the beaches here are amazing! Super soft sand, very clean and pleasant, and pretty shallow, clear water.
Parking: 10$ for the day
Alcohol is allowed on the beach
Facilities: Showers, lifeguards, grills, picnic tables, boat ramp, observation tower, restrooms, bath house.
You definitely want to pack your own cooler with food, drinks, etc. Vanderbilt Beach is in a more upscale part of town, and there are a few upscale restaurants along the beach. The water is usually pretty shallow, so it’s great for kids.

The water is calm and shallow (great for kids!) and has beautiful seashells. It also feels very secluded due to the vegetation. This is also a great beach for wildlife! Gopher tortoises, crabs, dolphins, raccoons, etc. It has a lot of parking, but it fills up quickly. I would recommend getting there early, like when it opens or before 10 AM.

Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park
Parking: $6 a day
The water is calm and shallow (great for kids!) and has beautiful seashells. It also feels very secluded due to the vegetation. This is also a great beach for wildlife! Gopher tortoises, crabs, dolphins, raccoons, etc. It has a lot of parking, but it fills up quickly. I would recommend getting there early, like when it opens or before 10 AM.

After the Hurricane, the end of the pier is closed for repairs, but you can still swim! The water at this beach is always so calm and shallow, and there are family bathrooms available which make it GREAT for smaller kids :) Also, while I love the Naples Pier itself, I really love the drive to and from it! It’s a pretty upscale part of town and the homes are so unique and beautiful. It’s also really close to downtown Naples.
