I found the most interesting antique jewelries here. They also have a collection of pre-loved clothes, furniture, knick-knacks, home decors, yoy name it!

They also have a little Cafe inside the restaurant that serves specialty teas, coffees, and pastries.
Call ahead and ask to be seated by the fireplace. They'll try their best to accommodate your request!

Boulder Bay is a must for pictures. It is iconic. You can also picnic here when the weather is warmer (or during the winter, if you're brave enough. you do you, right? lol)

Going up the mountain
If you're going too slow, please use the turn-outs and let the faster cars pass (they'll just keep tailgating you, and you don't need that stress and anxiety in your life).
It is recommended that if there are 5 cars behind you, use the turn-outs. I myself step to the side even if there's one car behind me.
Enjoy the ride up, follow speed limits, use the turnouts, and be safe.
Note: When you use the turnout and the car that passes you turns on their emergency/hazard lights, that's their way of saying thank you. You can do the same for those who let you pass. It's cool and courteous.

When on Big Bear Blvd...
When on Big Bear Blvd., do not DO NOT do not do a U-Turn. The unnecessary stress and anxiety is not worth it.
Always drive with caution.

Important to bring
Bring some bottled water in case you arrive late and the stores are closed, or run out of stuff. At least have some drinking water.
And snacks. Coz snack is life.

Animal crossing
No, not the video game! Literally be cautious of animals crossing.
What I've experienced:
- Coyote ran in front of me when I was driving up on the 38 Hwy at night
- Wild bunnies around the neighborhood, although they hop out of the way
- Wild squirrels don't give a flying fudge though. They don't move away. YOU MOVE.
- Red fox crossed on front of my car near Big Bear Blvd.
- Bugs hit your windshield with a vengeance. They woke up and chose violence.
- I have not seen them, but my neighbors talk about them. A pack of donkeys is called drove. These wild donkeys roam around and I don't know why
