The food is very good. The restaurant is covered in dollar bills. If visiting, plan on an early lunch at 11 am and beat the crowd. Beautiful drive. Touristy shops.

Traveling on Gantzel/Ironwood

We find that if we are headed into Phoenix, going by way of Gantzel/Ironwood to SR 60 is still quicker than going through Queen Creek.

Winter Season Packing

Do pack a light weight jacket if you are going to be out early in the mornings. I will have some gloves on hand for you as well. It really does get chilly here in the mornings during the AZ winter season. Also pack some long pants.
