Owned by two sisters, this restaurant offers delicious rum punch, tasty local fish dishes and delicious burgers.

This privately owned newly renovated boutique hotel circa 1830, offers great food and service throughout the day. 'Hughston's by the Sea' bar and restaurant offers a new pizza menu, and daily specials. The casual atmosphere and delicious handmade pizzas and treats, including homemade ice-cream, makes this one of our favourite places to eat. AND it's located minutes from Robert's House! Also a great place for casual drinks at night and chatting with the locals for island stories and history.

The lighthouse was brought in pieces from the UK where it had been constructed in 1852. It has been restored and still works guarding the northern tip of Grand Turk, the capital island of the Turks and Caicos. The lighthouse and lighthouse keeper's house is a prized historic site and is protected by the National Trust.

Her Majesty’s Prison is a small colonial prison built in the 1830s (the exact date is not known), and operated as the nation’s only prison until 1994. Today, the site is a historical tourist attraction.

Parks & Nature
If you have the opportunity to book an excursion to this uninhabited island through the local dive shops, then it's worth the trip! You can see stingrays amongst other fish without having to swim far from the beach. You can also go for a hike atop the hill which offers great ocean views. On the other side it was interesting to see the thousands of small snails and hermit crabs along the rocky shore.
