In the middle of rice fields, great food and lovely atmosphere!
I would recommend going before the sunset, the view is stunning. My favorite dish is Ayam Sambal Matah. They serve a really nice breakfast too.

For those who need non-Indonesian cuisine from time to time Umah pizza is a great place, lovely food with very affordable prices.

A little bit away from our place but amazing food worth the drive.
My favorite is Rawan Soup and I order it with rice on the side and then mix the goat meat with it. Delicious! (Sorry my veggie friends ;) )
For some reason this map shows Mendez close to Kakiang Bakery - that is unfortunately not correct. You have to go towards Campuhan, cross the bridge, turn left to go up the hill to Penestanan and you should find it on your left side after few hundred meters.

Amazing bakery! Every single cake is just yummy and they sell ice cream also. I usually sit upstairs on a terrasse.

On the way there I would recommend to stop at the Uma Coffee Plantation, you can get a free coffee tasting (just the famous Luwak coffee is for a small fee) and they have one of the most affordable Bali Swings and a Birds nest to take great photos.

The best yoga place on earth! I absolutely love it. It's a complex of yoga classes, they offer many retreats like Juice Cleanse etc. It's just 20 min walk / 7 min drive from us. With a great juice bar and super healthy restaurant.
