When you’re in Orange County (and particularly Irvine/Tustin), you can’t miss all the good Asian food this area has to offer. This is one of our favorite local Shabu spots that provides great service, great food, and overall great value. Sightseeing
It goes without saying that if you’re visiting OC you can’t miss Disneyland, especially with the little ones. We’re located about 15-20 minutes out so it’s a great local attraction that will keep you entertained and busy all day.

Our personal favorite beach is Corona Del Mar, sometimes abbreviated as CDM by locals. This is a nice exclusive beach nestled along the cliff side. It’s clean, mostly quiet (unless it’s summer), and sometimes there’s a pop-up restaurant that sets up at the food hut there. There is paid parking available, unless you park on top of the cliff along the residential street and walk down. Beware though, residential parking is typically tight and packed, and some areas require permits.

Our personal favorite beach is Corona Del Mar, sometimes abbreviated as CDM by locals. This is a nice exclusive beach nestled along the cliff side. It’s clean, mostly quiet (unless it’s summer), and sometimes there’s a pop-up restaurant that sets up at the food hut there. There is paid parking available, unless you park on top of the cliff along the residential street and walk down. Beware though, residential parking is typically tight and packed, and some areas require permits.
Top of the World hike is an easy, 2.2-mile, trail located in Laguna Beach within the Aliso and Wood Canyon Wilderness Park. When you reach the ridge top it provides a beautiful breathtaking view of the ocean and the surrounding cities.

Our immediate neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. Mostly only families live in the area. But only a short walk (less than a mile) or drive out you can reach the commercial shopping area of The District which offers everything you need to stay fed and entertained. There’s an In N Out, Target, Whole Foods Market, AMC theaters, Bowling Alley and much more!
Walking or running around our neighborhood and small trail is pleasant and safe day or evening. Beware of some coyotes that sometimes cross the nature trail though.
