Amazing Italian restaurant - try the meatballs as an appetizer and pretty much any pasta on the menu is amazing. :) If the weather is nice, you can ask to be seated in the open outdoor patio in the back. This place is good for groups of 2-3 people max and there is often a short wait, but it's worth the wait and it's a nice area to walk around in to kill time. :)

Amazing fast casual bagel/breakfast joint. My go-to is a black coffee and a egg & cheese on an everything bagel. It's about a 1 mile walk from the apartment or a 5 min subway ride.

A fast/casual spot for pizza with some seating. The pizza here is unlike anything you'll try! It's made on a unique type of bread - almost like focaccia. It's so good! :)

Michelin star rated and reasonably priced. Also the best Thai food I’ve ever had! :) get the pad kee mao, or try the chicken thighs appetizer.

Famous for their burgers but they have excellent pizza as well. There is usually a line so I would recommend making a reservation or going a little early to put your name down.
