In front of the condominium, on the other side of the road is Real del Mar, it is a residential development that has golf club, hotel, restaurant and pizzeria, and has an oxxo. This place can be walking, there are many meters (maybe 500-600) but this development is a bit rise. The oxxo (7-Eleven type convenience store) must be about 500 m walking from the condominium. You can involve some exercise, you may prefer to go out in the car.

If you like wine, you who are going to be a lot of days, maybe you should include a visit to the Guadalupe Valley. It is about 90 km from the road condominium, you can eat rich in the vineyards, in the restaurants that are in the area and taste wines in several places. If there is no designated driver, you can stay over there, or just leave early, and return early, but it's an interesting excursion.
The other visit that involves touring the entire scenic road that has its appeal in itself is cove. There are very famous author restaurants (such as Laja and Manzanilla) or seafood toast in the center, there is a lot of variety.

The beach (public beach close to Condo)
La playa
El condominio está frente al mar, pero no tiene playa para bañarse o bajarse ahí directo, es más bien tipo acantilado.
Para disfrutar de playa, la recomendación es la siguiente: Hay que ir al siguiente puente yendo a Rosarito, donde está Rancho del Mar, encontrarás una torre en obra negra, en la curva está una salida pequeña para estacionamiento. De ahí se baja a la playa. Esta es una playa pública que esta bonita.
