They have a great menu for breakfast and lunch. Weekdays are less crowded. If you're visiting the Capitol, park in the Kleman Plaza parking garage, have brunch at The Egg, then walk up Jefferson to the Capitol complex. Two great stops, one parking place!

When the parking lot is full, especially on weekends, visitors are not buying gas or lottery tickets. They're at Woodchuck's enjoying eggs, sausage and sweet potato pancakes! If you're a coffee guzzler, be sure to ask for one of their large mugs. One or two of their menu items will give you a chuckle. Woodchuck's is a great way to start your day in Tally! It's just down Tharpe Street from our In-Town Hideaway. (Closes at 3 pm)
