There are some great food trucks around here usually. One can get an alcapurria or empanada for a couple bucks. Sometimes a pupusa truck comes around too

Sister bar of Boobie trap. Great pizza, decently priced. Has a funk attitude and friendly staff.

Counter Service Dominican. If you want rice, beans, plantains, pork any any other puerto rican / dominican, don't go anywhere else! Super cheap too, can eat for less than $7! One of my favorites!!

Pretty good Mexican place. They have a full bar, and outdoor space, more of a restaurant than Tres Hermanos, but not nearly the quality of food.

Go here for brunch. French food, it's the best brunch place around here. Usually not much of a wait. I love their Eggs Norwegian!

Fantastic Food. Southern, rustic style. Great brunch and cocktails. Also have outdoor seating. Great place to have a bloody mary and a plate of grits.

The best restaurant in Bushwick, no questions about it, only rivals Maite. The food is Peruvian, their chicken, steak and fish dishes are really freakin good. Best green sauce on planet earth. Friendly staff too.
