Probably one of my favorite hikes, especially if for first timers of the park. You get the boulders, the rocks, the Joshua trees, the views.. Easy hike for all levels.

Right next to the barker dam so it’s easy to double up on the fun! Super easy. My 3.5 year old walked the whole thing with a 19th century crushing mill.

1.2-mile out-and-back trail. Considered an easy route, it takes an average of 26 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking and walking, so it can get busy. And look for the famous HEART!

Obsessed with this place and less thana mile from the house. I go for dinner every single time I am in town. I even go by myself. Outdoor seating, fire pits, music, comedy, they have it all. Reservations recommended.
