I love orange theory. This is where I work out. Your first visit is free. Call and make an appointment. Drop my name and they will take care of you. Orange theory is a workout class guided by an instructor. It has a mix of weights, tread, and rower. What I love most is that I don’t have to compare myself to anyone else in the class. It’s go at your own pace and there are people there at every level of fitness and age.
