This quaint, relaxing hot spring has a range of soaking pools from around 95 to 106 degrees. There is also the 55 degree Cottonwood Creek that makes for the perfect plunge before heading back to the HOT.

This resort has day passes available with swimming pools available at two different locations. They are about a 10 minute walk from the lower and upper areas. The lower two pools have creek side soaking which is lovely when the water level is low (so late summer/fall).

We very much enjoyed the outdoor patio in this low key restaurant. Of the dishes we tried, the aguachiles verde is superb, with a playful peppery lime flavor that perfectly complements the shrimp/avocado/onion ensemble it is served with. Also enjoyed the enchiladas mole. We recommend the Margarita natural, they were a little dangerous as they were so easy to drink.

This restaurant is incredible for a small mountain town. It has southwest cuisine made from fresh ingredients and paired with unique cocktails; the pomegranate margherita is a personal favorite. The Ruby Red Trout is luscious with its sautéed spinach.
