Fishing Hole
If you get out onto Birch Lake for some fishing, there is a great crappie hole. Leave the dock heading to the right towards "Big Birch" right after going through the bouys to the right is the amazing fishing hole. We go right around 7pm and barely have enough time to drop the lure to the bottom before we have another fish on the line! Fishing equipment in the garage for you to use (please use with care).

Looking to rent a boat?
Wheeler Marine has many different water craft options - jet skies, pontoons, fishing boats, etc. They will meet you right at the peer in Hackensack to drop off and pick up in the same location! If you are interested, I would reserve sooner than later as they rent up fast during the summer months! You can reach them at 218-682-2339 or laura@wheelermarine.com. Their website is wheelermarine.com. There are a couple other rental places if they do not have anything available so don't worry! This is just the company we have continuously used!
