Described by many as one of the best independent cinemas in the country. A beautifully restored cinema; opulent and comfortable, with great legroom and a licensed bar. Booking a ticket can be a challenge, but if you have the opportunity, do try and go!

This charming town has a lot going for it. There is a multitude of places to get a good coffee or a meal and some interesting shops to take in. Markets are held in the centre of town on Saturday and Wednesday mornings and are to be recommended for the artisan bakery, the fruit and veg stall and the meat, fish and cheese counters.
