Helen is a hot destination for many travelers looking for a touristy vibe. There is tubing available in the summer, and lots of shopping stores. Our favorite stops are Betty's Country Store and Hofer's Bakery on Main St. From the cabin it is 30 miles and is a nice scenic drive.
