Plus there is a unique "smaller" hiking trail nick named "Holy Mountain" - because of the large holes in the mountain (one that you can actually walk thru for nice pics. It's located about a 1/4 mile on the left as you face the Zoo entrance. The official name is Papago Park, located at 625 N. Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ.

Great "2.5" mile loop trail for walking or running. Also the location for the Phoenix library which boarders the park. Located near 32nd and Baseline Rd.
Also walking around the neighborhood for about a 1 mile loop or shorter walks are available.
