STAY HYDRATED!

Water is essential no matter where you are in Arizona. When you are out and about, keep a bottle of water handy. You can easily become dehydrated without realizing it. So play it smart, try to avoid outdoor exercise during in the afternoon and drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
Co spakować

Always have your sunscreen handy!

You may have heard the saying ‘it’s a dry heat.’ That is the rule of thumb most of the year in Tempe. Surprisingly we do have a rainy season in spring and the monsoons bring thunderstorms in July and August. But it is mostly sunny meaning that even with cloudy weather, the sun can still be intense. Therefore, be sure to use sunscreen, lip balm and wear a hat while hiking, biking or playing outside.
