Locally owned, homemade taste. I Recommend anything with the pink sauce. My favourite dish is the shrimp or chicken Cardinal, It has delicious sautéed eggplant with the pink sauce over pasta. Make sure you get plenty of bread to soak up the delicious sauce. This restaurant fills up during peak times and has a tiny parking lot so be aware of that. Go early, order for pick-up.

Located right in the middle of downtown Waco on historic Austin Avenue, the Klassy Glass is a great place to have a beverage and unwind with a savoury flat bread or some hummus and pita made right on site. The drink selection is ample, the services always friendly. Some nights they have live music, some nights they have open mic. Just check their website to see what they have going on. I like to stop in here and have a drink and flat bread to get my night out started. It is great place to meet up with a friend or a date. It is within walking distance of several other downtown Waco attractions.
