Really beautiful grounds, refined historical feel, and high-end food. I’ve only been once and, in retrospect, preferred their appetizers which we found creative and flavorful. The mains were more predictable so if I were to go again, I would order a bunch of appies and dessert.

I absolutely ADORE this place on warm evenings. Their back yard, which runs along the creek, is beyond charming and cozy, featuring live bands and really good pub food. This is my favorite spot in the summer. The whole town of Mountain Dale is delightful.

This is super local (just up the road) and generally pretty mellow, even on summer weekends. 1.8 miles to a lovely waterfall where you can picnic on the rocks as the water flows by. Just lovely.
