Google Sleepy Hollow Horse Trail, Palenville, NY. It’s local to my Airbnb and is such a private and peaceful trail. You can literally hike all the way up to North South Lake Campground if you choose to, and see the lakes there. Overlook mountain is a slightly more difficult hike, but it’s well worth it. There are beautiful old building ruins, as well as a tower that you can climb up for a 360° view of the Catskill mountain range. Stellar.

A flat walk in marshlands and fields right on the edge of the town of Catskill and the Hudson River. Truly stunning and full of wildlife. A beautiful walk for everyone.
