Highly recommend trying the tasty food at the King's Head Inn. Takes almost a day to enjoy. Only about 10 min. drive away. Lots of things going on almost every weekend, Christmas time is also a great time to visit, the dinners starting in Nov. are a must! check on fb for schedules.

Great day trip! Check out the Railway pie and tour on sundays in the summer, book ahead for ticket{$15}. visit during the Christmas season too. An amazing walking trail goes around the pond.

The barn which is newly restored will take your breath away when first seen. Hike around the island on beautiful trails for only 5$ a person. Please take note of the tides, you can only get over to the island when it’s out,so times vary, check before you leave for your trip.
About an hour and a half away from the house,and if you love chocolate,this is a must! Take a tour of the Ganong factory/store in downtown Saint Stephen, famous for their chicken bones! Visit a few antique stores in the area too.

Kingsclear is more of a rural community with houses traditionally built on large lots. Old farm steads,with the occasional new subdivision are popping up. The Headpond commands the water views,with people living year round along the shore. A country setting, but minutes away from the city.
