Join us for a one hour Vinyasa Flow class bringing awareness to your breath and movements bringing balance to the body and mind. These classes are creative weaving in elements of Yin & Kundalili yoga yet gently paced giving plenty of opportunities to rest throughout. Classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of your flexibility or level of fitness.
We close the class in a relaxing savasana tuning into the sound of the waves. If you like you can join us for a paddle or a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Celtic Sea at Baginbun.
