A quicker walk than Central Park located an avenue and a block away. This is a great place to take a jog in, wallow in nature and take a step back from the busy life of the city.

A great place for finger food and a night out with your friends! They offer all the cocktails of your needs and the best food pairings to go with it. I highly recommend the Manhattan (an ode to our beautiful borough!).

Good ole Starbucks. A 2 block walk from the apartment, though if you want something of the same caliber but cheaper, Dunkin’ Donuts is right across the street. If you want to support local coffee shops, go down Malcom X Blvd Avenue towards downtown and you will find some aesthetically pleasing coffee places that will satiate your craving for caffeine.
