State Beaches

Admission to RI State Beaches State Beach is by vehicle and not per person. A small beach with gentle surf, solar- and wind-powered pavilion opened in 2010. Located in the Port of Galilee. It offers views of passing fishing and pleasure boats and the ferries to Block Island.

Town Beaches

Great local beach with concessions, showers, and great waves for surfing and boogie boarding. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, non-resident parking is not available in the town beach parking lots. Street parking is limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Daily admission is $10 per person per day and is not transferable. Daily Admission is available to residents and non-residents (Cash only) Children 11 and under are free. Beach Opens Daily Saturday June 6 through Monday September 7, 2020 (weather permitting) 8:30 am: Lots open, admission sites open, Lifeguards on Duty until 6:00 pm 8:30 am to 5:00 pm: Admission passes and or wrist band required for entry. 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm: Lots remain open and restricted to vehicles with Narragansett Town Beach Parking Passes, Cabana Hang Tags or drivers with resident Narragansett Driver’s license address. Parking Daily parking at the Town Beach is available for residents only. A 2020 Narragansett Town Beach Parking Pass or Cabana Hang Tag is required for parking. Beach parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to COVID restrictions, non-resident parking is not available. The soft sand at Kelly Beach is groomed regularly, keeping it pristine for its visitors. A short boardwalk leads to one of the finest private beaches in New England with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and coastline. There is no public parking at Kelly Beach, although drop off is allowed and a bike rack is available. This keeps the beach less crowded as it is only available to Bonnet Shores Residents and Guests. There are no amenities at Kelly Beach and no bathrooms so plan accordingly. Kelly Beach is just 1 mile from the house, about a 20 min walk. Feel free to use our Beach Bike to help get you and your group to and from the beach or take the free beach shuttle on weekends. The red beach pass to access Kelly Beach is attached to the house key and located in the lockbox. The pass is good for your entire group and is only needed on Saturdays and Sundays. Please do not lose this pass and return the pass to the lockbox when you are done with it. There will be a $100 replacement fee if it is missing after your stay. Please pick up any litter and take any trash home with you. Trash receptacles are not always available at the beach. Beach Hours Weekdays: 10am – 5pm Weekends and Holidays: 10am - 5:30pm Beach Shuttle - The beach shuttle will run Saturdays and Sundays from July 3 - Sept 5 5th. Please note that MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES ON THE SHUTTLE. Pick up and drop off are at the corner of the driveway at Tom Walsh and Muratore. Beach Shuttle Hours: Saturdays: from 11am to 5:00pm Sundays: from 11am to 5:30pm
