North Beach
Good large public beach on far side of the lake
Cliff jumping is a super fun activity you can access by boat headed towards north beach there is a band of cliffs in all sizes that are safe (depending on if you consider jumping off rocks into water safe) but easy to access by boat, you can access by road but a little more challenging, don't know the mile marker off-hand but head pass the seventh-day advantage church camp and you'll see a pull of randomly about 3 miles from the condos and walk down towards the lake.

Really cool spot for mountain biking, they do a shuttle to the top that is pretty cheap, you can do half-day and full day. You can also go and bike without paying for the shuttle service. Good diverse mix of tarain and less people then the other bike trails.

Super cool spot only 30 min or so from McCall it continues to get better each year as it grows. the potential is huge but the skiing is good as well. out of bounds, the terrain is epic.

Hikes
not to far away up lick creek it is a steeper shorter hike but not a lot of people check it out. Its worth the climb about 2 hours round trip. Its about 1300 in elevation gain and a total of 3.5 miles. its not a bad family hike a little steep but do able.

Very easy family hike with minimal elevation gain. its very pretty. fishing is ok not great but bring a rod if you have one. 2.3 miles round trip with only 450 ft elevation gain. You can also access Hum lake at this trailhead with is 4 miles if I recall right.

This is a very pretty lake one of my favorite lakes. It is actually very big for a high mountain lake. The trail up is steep and a little rough in places but the hike is worth it. It is 7.1 miles round trip and 2,247 feet in elevation.

Great little hike headed toward upper Payette lake which is a beautiful drive. There is an old airplane wreck here you can hike to at the edge of the lake. Good solo or family hike If I recall its about 6 mile in

Depending on the time of year the rapids vary from class 1 all the way to class 4 rapids. Great for families and groups

On the far side of the beach in Tamarack, there are 2 fire pits for use, they are great for family gatherings and make a very fun activity for the evenings. feel free to use our roasting sticks.

Cougar Island visit
In your line of sight the Island in front of the boat dock is worth checking out, some fun little rocks to jump off of, and its be enough to get out and walk around with kids. Hide and seek, treasure hunt type games are always a blast.

Hiking out your back door
Behind the Tamarack Bay condos, there is a large biking and trail system worth checking out. From a good nature walk to picking huckleberries there is a number of things to do. You can find 5-6 miles of connecting trails right outside your back door.
