This place has great bbq and great daily take out specials right now. I normally don't like to eat here as it is not family friendly but it is a fun spot otherwise. Very strong cocktails and tasty food.

Currently offering take out. This tiny place has so much charm. Great outdoor seating as well as indoor dining when that becomes available again. We are yet to find an item we don't like on their menu. Yum!

Great coffee shop right in town. You don't have to travel far to get a nice cup of coffee. If you choose to walk to get your coffee be warned that the hill is deceptive and it is a bit of a hike bike. A very nice walk though.

Sightseeing
A beautiful and easy trail. This trail is nice and shaded and enjoys all of the nature of Crestline. The end of the hike has a beautiful waterfall (seasonal) that flows into a rock with a heart shape cutout. Very scenic and must hike. Round trip, if you are hiking slow, this can take an hour and a half.

Lake Gregory has a little bit of something for everyone. Great 3 mile trail around the perimeter of the lake . Fishing licenses available for purchase and non-motorized boats available for rent from the boat house. Swimming permitted.

Due to the current health crisis many locals are worried about COVID being brought to their little town. Please be respectful and wear a mask when in public spaces such as the lake and any shops.

The grocery store in town, Goodwin's is great, but not cheap. Many of the items are much more costly than down the hill, so bring what you can with you and just buy a few items when you arrive.
