Luiza’s guidebook during COVID-19

To ensure safety of the condo owners, cleaning team and future guests during COVID-19, we limit the amount of contact we have with items used by guests. We offer Self Check-in/out. Provide diffuser with essential oil to disinfect the air. Also guests are welcomed to use our professional Air-filtering machine. Guests are required to take care of their own garbage and dispose it in a dumpster located at the end of parking lot. Please note that the garbage can not be left inside, neither outside of the condo door, and $250 fine will be imposed for doing so.
