Family run cafe selling vegan home produced food and cakes and the best coffee around. Open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday to Saturday 9.30 -2.00 Tables can be reserved. The owner makes all of the food and cakes. Be sure to pop in and say hello. it's also dog friendly plays great ambient music. This is a great venue if you are travelling alone, it's low key and inviting.

Neighbourhoods

West Bay with the iconic East Cliff is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast, and a must see. Be careful here as the cliffs are unstable. Plenty of places to eat, take a stroll around and spot more Broadchurch locations. Grab an ice cream and people watch in the sun! Walk along towards Eype and Golden Cap, the highest point on the Coast. Walking East towards Portland, visit Burton Bradstock and the Hive Beach cafe. Visit West Bexington with its wild beach, and on towards Chesil.

A 15 minute walk from the house takes you to the Iron Age hill fort of Lewesdon Hill, owned by the National Trust. take a steep climb up through the old woods and beech trees, taking in the amazing views as you go, to reach the top. See the splendour of the Marshwood Vale and views to the sea before you. You can spend a few happy hours wandering around, and perhaps walk down through the fields in to Broadwindsor to have a pub lunch and visit the community shop before a walk home. sturdy boots a definite!
